Sets out the procedures to be followed for the selection of cables to satisfy typical New Zealand installation conditions where the ambient air temperature is 30¿¿C and ambient soil temperature is 15¿¿C. Criteria given are current-carrying capacity, voltage drop and short-circuit temperature rise.
